Monthly Strength for Life Program (55+ Years)
Every month you will receive 4 weeks of workouts sent directly to your inbox. These are the same workouts that Will has used with numerous clients all around the world to remove pain, get stronger, lose fat, and become more durable. These will include components of strength, mobility, and conditioning to prepare you for everything life has to throw at you! Each workout will include descriptions of exercises as well as demonstrations.
Along with the workouts, you will receive nutrition guidelines, and a meal prep calendar to help you stay on target with what you're eating. There are also lifestyle guidelines and a notes section so that you can journal and track your progress.
